Trofholz Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS), infrastructure, and technology projects across federal and commercial environments.

What You Will Do

Project Coordination & Controls
  • Track project deliverables to ensure contractual deadlines and milestones are met
  • Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and project tracking tools
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reporting requirements
  • Assist with project budget updates and project data management
  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project execution
Documentation & Compliance
  • Coordinate and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and project correspondence
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready project files
  • Track quality control documentation, inspections, and project records
  • Monitor safety plans, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate collection of as-built drawings and project closeout documents

Procurement & Material Tracking
  • Track purchase orders, material deliveries, subcontractor commitments, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate equipment returns, warranties, and manufacturer return authorizations (RMAs)
  • Support vendor setup, subcontractor documentation, and procurement processes

Project Closeout & Operational Support
  • Support warranty administration and project closeout activities
  • Coordinate final deliverables and customer reporting requirements
  • Assist with project staffing activities, onboarding, background investigations, and personnel coordination
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding activities as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
What You Bring
Required:
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Minimum 1 year of project coordination or project support experience
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to pass background screening requirements

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting construction, low-voltage, security integration, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management and project implementation processes
  • Experience with purchasing, procurement, invoicing, and project financial tracking
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems
  • Military administrative, logistics, operations, or project support experience

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
