What You’ll Do
  • Support complex electronic security integrations including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV/Video Management Systems.
  • Perform site surveys, document conditions, and execute system installations to specification.
  • Pull, test, and terminate CAT5/6 copper and fiber cabling; conduct performance tests using OTDR tools.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system commissioning with precision and professionalism.
  • Track project milestones, maintain redline drawings, and ensure quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with and lead small teams or subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Conduct safety meetings and champion compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues proactively — you don’t just fix problems, you engineer solutions.

Who You Are
  • A team-oriented problem-solver with 5+ years of experience in the electronic security systems industry.
  • Skilled at reading and executing complex project designs and specifications.
  • Detail-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communicator with excellent documentation and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments — from data rooms to rooftops and everything in between.
  • A dependable professional with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Education & Training
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant electronics training or technical coursework.
    • Hubbell Certified Installer
  • Preferred:
    • OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or equivalent)
    • Advanced manufacturer or security system training (LenelS2, Genetec, AMAG, etc.)

Pay: $31.25-$36.05
