TRZ beckons for a Member Experience Lead, a role tailored for those who intertwine their fervor for health and wellness with a desire to thrive in an enriching, uplifting environment. Under the guidance of our Center Director, you'll orchestrate member and customer events, directly influencing TRZ's sales trajectory and expansion endeavors.

This role is full-time and in-house, demanding flexibility for evening and weekend commitments as the pulse of our business dictates.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Member Support team, orchestrating all front desk and in-house event activities:
  • Forge enduring connections with members and guests.
  • Extend warm welcomes, facilitate check-ins, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and texts promptly and effectively.
  • Enlighten members on TRZ services and guide them through their wellness journey.
  • Curate member profiles and ensure account accuracy, aiding in account management.
  • Coordinate appointments and process POS transactions.
  • Address member queries and concerns with finesse, escalating to the Leadership Team when necessary.
  • Uphold building cleanliness standards and conduct periodic inspections.
  • Solicit member feedback for service enhancement and report findings to leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train Member Support personnel, enforcing policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly staff schedule.
  • Oversee inventory management of merchandise and essential building supplies.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership in customer-facing roles.
  • Background in fast-paced environments like gyms, wellness centers, or restaurants.
  • Event planning and execution experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in mentoring and supervising diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to document processes and train others effectively.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational prowess.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technological proficiency, including MS Teams; familiarity with wellness-focused CRMs is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities.


Pay: $25.00 - $27.00
